I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else. Showing up for your family, your home, and all the invisible responsibilities that come with it. It’s deeply rewarding… and also incredibly exhausting.

Somewhere along the way, it becomes easy to forget yourself.

The little things that used to light you up fade into the background. Taking care of your own needs starts to feel like a luxury, or something you’ll get to “later.”

As a wife and mom of three, I’ve lived that season. Juggling responsibilities while quietly feeling disconnected from myself. That realization became a turning point and sparked a deeper desire to create space for small moments of care in everyday life.

OUR MISSION

Body by Keke was created to support self care for busy moms and women who crave simple ways to reconnect with themselves.

We believe self care doesn’t have to be elaborate or time-consuming. Sometimes the only quiet moment you have is in the shower; five, ten, maybe fifteen minutes. And that moment can become a powerful reset.
