Support — BodyByKeke: Mind

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This page is for help with the BodyByKeke: Mind app — accounts, your journal, Premium, Circles, reminders, and anything that is not behaving. If you are looking for help with a shop order, our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy cover that instead.

The short version

  • Write to support@clarityci.com. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
  • In the app, Profile → Help & Support opens an email already carrying your app version and platform. That is the fastest way to reach us.
  • We cannot read your journal, and we cannot reset your journal passphrase. Nobody can. Please read section 4 before you set one.
  • Premium is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancelling and refunds happen in your App Store or Play Store account — section 5.
  • Someone in a Circle being unkind? Block and report them from inside the app, and tell us. Section 6.

1. How to reach us

App BodyByKeke: Mind, for iPhone, iPad and Android. For adults 18 and over.
Published by ClarityCI LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, trading as Body By Keke
Business address 931 McInnis Ct, Kissimmee, Florida 34744, USA
Support support@clarityci.com
Privacy requests privacy@clarityci.com
Telephone +1 (407) 436-2676
Response time We aim to answer within 2 business days. A report about another person’s behaviour gets a first look within 3 business days, and sooner where someone’s safety is at stake.

2. Before you write

Email is our support channel, and one message with the right details in it is usually the difference between one reply and five. The in-app route — Profile → Help & Support — fills in the first two of these for you:

  • Your app version, and whether you are on iPhone, iPad, or Android.
  • What you did, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description.
  • The email address on your account, if the question is about your account.
  • For a Premium question, whether you subscribed through Apple or through Google.

Please do not send us journal text. We do not want it and we have no way to act on it — see section 4.

3. Accounts and signing in

I forgot my password On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. A reset link goes to your email address. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes.
I signed up with Google or Apple and have no password That is expected. Sign in with the same button you used the first time. A Google sign-in and an email account with the same address are two separate accounts, and only one of them holds your entries.
The confirmation email never arrived Check spam, then write to us with the address you used and we will confirm the account by hand.
I want to change my name or photo Profile → the pencil beside your name.
Can I look around before making an account? Yes. Look around first on the welcome screen opens Home and Discover as a guest. Journal, Shop and Profile need an account, because they are yours specifically.

Want a walk through the app? Profile → Take the tour runs the short guided tour again, as many times as you like.

4. Your journal, and the passphrase

Journal entries are encrypted on your device with AES-256 before they are sent anywhere. We hold only the encrypted text, and the key never leaves your devices — so we cannot read an entry. Not for support, not for analytics, not if you ask us to.

There is no passphrase reset

A journal passphrase is what lets a second device unlock your entries. It is turned into a key on your device, and only the sealed result is ever stored, so we never see your passphrase and cannot recover, reset, or bypass it. If you forget it and no device is still unlocked, the entries written under it cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Please write it down somewhere safe. This is the cost of a journal nobody else can open, and we would rather say it plainly here than surprise you later.

My entries say “Unable to decrypt” on a new phone The new device does not have the key yet. On the device that can read them, go to Profile → Set Up Journal Sync and set a passphrase. Then on the new device tap Unlock Journal on This Device and enter it. The entries become readable.
Can I edit an entry showing that placeholder? No, and the app will not let you — deliberately. Saving over a locked entry would replace the real text permanently, on every device. Unlock the device first.
I deleted an entry by mistake Profile → Recently Deleted Journal Entries. Deleted entries wait 30 days there and restore in a tap. After 30 days they are permanently purged and cannot be brought back.
I wrote an entry with no signal It is saved on your device and uploaded next time the app is open and online. The same goes for a mood check-in. You do not need to do anything.
Can you export my journal for me? We can send you everything we hold, but for journal entries that is ciphertext — unreadable without your key. Write to privacy@clarityci.com and we will explain exactly what a copy would and would not contain.

5. Premium, billing, and refunds

Premium is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, after a 3-day free trial. It is charged to your Apple ID or your Google account and renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

How do I cancel? Not in our app — we have no way to do it. iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions. Profile → Manage subscription in the app takes you straight there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the period you have already paid for ends.
I paid, but the app still says Free Tap Profile → Restore Purchases first. That re-checks the store and fixes almost every case, including a new phone. If it does not, write to us and say which store you bought from.
I want a refund Subscription money goes to Apple or Google, never to us, so we cannot put it back through their systems. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: your Play Store order history. If the store sends you back to us, write to us — we will deal with a refund where it is genuinely ours to deal with. Section 5.5 of the Terms of Service covers this.
What happens when I stop paying? Nothing is deleted. A free account keeps your oldest ritual, your oldest Circle, and 30 days of mood history. The rest is held, not removed, and comes straight back if you subscribe again. Your journal, the scheduler, check-ins, tips and the shop are free and stay exactly as they are.
What does Premium add? Guided audio in Keke’s voice, up to 10 rituals and 5 Circles, your whole mood history and the full pattern report, and a members-only shop promo code each month.

A free trial cancelled before it ends is not charged. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it — that is the store’s rule, not ours.

6. Circles, and people being unkind

A Circle is invite-only, through a code you hand out yourself, and holds up to eight people including you. There is no feed, no followers, and no way for a stranger to find you. Members see whether you took time for yourself today, your check-in streak, and a mood indicator only if you chose to share one. Nobody in a Circle can see your journal.

If someone is being cruel, or is using a nickname or a session title to say something hateful, you do not have to put up with it:

  • Block them — the ⋮ beside their name → Block. Blocking works both ways and across every Circle you share: neither of you appears on the other’s roster, and neither can nudge the other or see the other’s sessions. They are not told, and nothing in the app reveals who has blocked whom. Undo it at Profile → Blocked Accounts.
  • Report them — the same menu, or the flag on a shared session card, or the link at the foot of the Circle screen. Choose a reason and add anything we should know. We keep a copy of the reported wording at the moment you report it, so changing it afterwards does not help them.
  • Leave the Circle at any time, from Circle → Settings. There is no connection between two people outside a shared Circle, so leaving ends all contact.
  • Turn nudges off for a Circle while staying in it.
  • If it is your Circle, you can remove any member, and rotate the invite code to cut off anyone it was forwarded to.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, with a first look targeted within 3 business days and prioritised where a report alleges a threat to someone’s safety or the sexualisation of a minor. We can remove a name, a title, or a session, remove someone from a Circle, restrict an account, or end it. If you think we got a decision wrong, appeal to support@clarityci.com. Section 6 of the Terms of Service sets all of this out.

My invite code will not work Codes are exact. Check the Circle is not already full at eight people, and that the owner has not rotated the code. Joining is limited to 10 attempts an hour, so a run of typos locks you out briefly — wait, then try again.
A friend cannot see that I checked in On a free account only your oldest Circle stays active; the others are held until you subscribe again, and a held Circle neither sends nor receives. Check whether that is the one.
My nudge would not send Nudges are limited to one per person per 12 hours, 10 sent a day, and 5 received a day, so a Circle stays encouraging rather than noisy.

7. Reminders, notifications, and your calendar

Reminders are not arriving Check that notifications are allowed for BodyByKeke: Mind in your phone’s own Settings first — a block there is invisible from inside the app. Then check Profile → Notifications. On Android, also check the app is not being put to sleep by battery optimisation.
The reminder comes at the wrong time Reminders follow your device’s time zone. If you have travelled, open the app once and it will re-anchor.
My me-time block did not appear in my calendar Calendar mirroring is optional and needs calendar permission, which iOS and Android each ask for once. If you said no, grant it in your phone’s Settings and create the block again. Deleting the event in your calendar app does not delete the block in ours, and the other way round.
Too many notifications Everything is individually switchable in Profile → Notifications, and nudges can be turned off per Circle without leaving it.

8. Audio, and the app generally

A meditation will not play Guided audio is a Premium feature. If you are a subscriber and a track still will not start, close and reopen the app — playback links are short-lived by design and are re-issued on the next tap. If it keeps happening, write to us with the name of the track.
Audio stops when I lock the screen It should not. Tell us your phone model and OS version — that is almost always a power-saving setting we can point you at.
Dark mode, light mode Profile → Appearance. The app follows your device unless you pin one.
The app is blank, stuck, or crashing Force-close it and reopen, then check for an app update. If it still happens, write to us with your version, what you last tapped, and a screenshot if you can take one.

9. Shop orders

Products bought from the Shop are a separate matter from the app, and they have their own pages: the Shipping Policy for dispatch times, tracking, customs, and anything late, lost, or damaged, and the Returns and Refund Policy for sending something back.

Email support@clarityci.com with your order number, and photographs if something arrived damaged. Apple and Google are not involved in shop orders, even when you reached the shop through the app, and a shop refund is not the same thing as a subscription refund.

10. Your data, your choices, and deleting your account

Turning off analytics Profile → Privacy Choices. Analytics never carry your name or your account id, and journal text is never sent anywhere.
A copy of my data, or a correction privacy@clarityci.com. The Privacy Policy sets out what we hold, who else sees it, and the deadlines we answer within.
Deleting my account Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. There is a 30-day grace period: nothing is destroyed straight away, and you can cancel from the same screen at any point during it. After 30 days the account and its contents are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — do that in the store, as in section 5.
Unsubscribing from emails The unsubscribe link at the foot of any of them, or write to us.

This app is not a crisis service

BodyByKeke: Mind is a self-care app. It is not a medical device, not therapy, and not monitored by anyone — nothing you write in it reaches a person, and support email is answered in business hours. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number now. In the United States and Canada you can call or text 988; in the United Kingdom, call 111, or Samaritans on 116 123.

11. Getting in touch

support@clarityci.com — please include your app version and platform, or write from Profile → Help & Support in the app, which fills those in for you. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
